[MEncoder-users] subtitles have become hardcoded in video

So, I tried the "-sid <insanely high value>" method and it works.
Also, apparently the bug kicks in only when
1) there is vobsub subtitle and
2) that subtitle is the first one (in order of tracks) in the mkv file

Should I submit a formal bug report somewhere?
