Umhh, why not many? A lot of lossy codecs may be tuned to fully 
lossless via some codec's options, e.g. qp=0 for x264 or vqscale=0 
for any lavc codec. Or am I missing something? And do not forget 
about ffv1 and ljpeg 8-).
