Certainly, it could be 100% spatially accurate, but it will
still be *temporally* inaccurate, because there is no actual
data representing the timeslice for that frame.
Fortunately, most of us are insensitive to this temporal
distortion, and therefore we can enjoy highly compressed,
lossy video ;^)
