not specifically for streamcopy, even encoded frames are output from the
encoder in decoding order (thus out of order in the presence of B-frames)

the most serious problem to be aware of when using -ovc copy is that the
framedrop will
still occur, even on I-frames, with consequences that your can easily
imagine...
