[MEncoder-users] MEncoder zlib support

Hello there,

I have MEencoder complaining about conversion of Quicktime movies because it
needs zlib for header compression support. I googled the archives but couldn't
find useful information. Can any one please point out how I can turn on zlib
support for MEncoder ? I have zlib and zlib-devel installed and my MEncoder
binary resides in /usr/local/bin

Here's the command line I give to MEncoder:

$ mencoder <source file> -o <output file> -ffourcc FLV1 -of lavf -ovc lavc
-lavcopts vcodec=flv:vbitrate=150:vqmin=3:vpass=1:acodec=mp3:abitrate=56 -srate
11025 -oac lavc -lavcopts acodec=mp3:abitrate=32 -lavfopts
i_certify_that_my_video_stream_does_not_use_b_frames -vop scale=320:240
-passlogfile <passlog file>
