This is a bug in mkvmerge, not mencoder. BTW, I advise against using
2.0.0 release when muxing H264 files: I experienced some serious
corruptions with it. I don't know if the problem has been fixed, since
I downgraded to v1.8.1 or 1.7.0 (don't remeber which) and it works
fine.
