[MEncoder-users] how to encode to swf

I actual need to create a flash file to embed on a webpage and swf is a lot
easier.

I tried to convert a file to swf format. I tried this but I get an error.
Can you convert a avi,mpg,mov,wmv to a swf flash file. Do I need to do 2
conversions and is this relaible or can't this be done?
