The video(s) are from a digital camcorder both mpeg2 and playable with  
mplayer.
how would you dump the audio stream to file, i'm not very familiar with  
mencoder
in this way.

yeah, auf dem pc unschlagbar:-) bin aber eigentlich mac-user, wegen den  
ganzen
video kram muss ich leider oft auf windoof zurückgreifen.
