[MEncoder-users] how to capture specified channel/station from tv tuner card (or i'm having problems with, please help)?

I should point out that in my example I use

tv=driver=v4l2:normid=4:width=640:height=480:chanlist=us-cable

normid=4 is PAL-M, which means PAL color encoding with NTSC dimensions.
So for me, in Brasil, it is 640x480. For the rest of the world, PAL
means 640x576
