msmpeg2v2 at least leads to playable results. But bitrate is silently ignored
by mencoder. no matter what vbitrate=xxxx specified, i always end up with ca
850kbit/s.
I could use a bit more, small text in my movie is hard to read. But a playable
movie after all ;-)
Strangely enough, msmpeg4v2 is the only codec that works on my win2003 box. It
even fails on msmpeg4 (v1), after searching on some MS -so called-
codec-server
