Thank you, I tried with that MUX. But do you know were I can find documentation 
about the lavf library ? The mencoder documentation don't speak about that 
mpegts container format...

What I want to do is to configure the PID of the audio and video elementary 
streams, and to be sure to obtain valid PCR.
