pp=al and pp=tn are probably not very wise, especially tn when you've got hqdn3d.

However in second pass you don't use any filter at all, so all the filter during first pass
only serves to slow it down, and utterly confuse rate control, probably giving you terrible
final results, not to mention that none of those filters will be used for the final pass.

How long is the video? Do you really want ~200megabytes for the video size? How
large is the original?
