[MEncoder-users] encoding from usb device on windows xp

Hi, Dave.

I have a pinnacle usb capturer, too. It is a DVB capturer. I've checked with
most of pinnacle-aware opensource tools and I've found it is not supported.
Neither does it seem to be supported by v4l.

Normal capturers appear at VLC and wmp the same way webcams appear. But
pinnacle ones don't. So I guess you have to use pinnacle interface.
