[MEncoder-users] RE: About MPEG-4 to VCD encoding

Of course I tried with the command prompt on http://www.mplayerhq.hu/DOCS/HTML/en/menc-feat-vcd-dvd.html
 
The problem is that when ever I try to encode MPEG-4 to VCD, the resulting video has A-V sync problems
 
In all cases, the audio source is on MP3 and I use -oac copy. Also I  put in the -ofps option the same video source frame rate
