[MEncoder-users] low fps flash video (flv)

i'm trying to convert some really low fps video clips (from cellphones,
cameras, etc) to flash. typically they are 2.5fps or even less. it
seems to encode properly but then the flv plays back incredibly slowly
and without sound. seems like a fps mismatch but specifying it
explicitly on the command line didn't help. is this supported? here's
the command line i'm using:

/opt/mplayer32/bin/mencoder 100_0482.MOV -o /tmp/f28.flv -of lavf -ovc
lavc -oac lavc -lavcopts
vcodec=flv:vbitrate=300:acodec=mp3:abitrate=56:autoaspect=1 -vf
scale=432:-10,expand=432:324 -srate 22050 -af lavcresample=22050
-noskip -mc 0 -quiet
