[MEncoder-users] mencoder fails to play a certain DVD title

Yes, you did in-fact send it to the wrong list, since mencoder-users is
about encoding-specific issues.  -users would generally be the place to
bring-up something like this.  Of course, since you're using Windows,
you're probably better off on the -cygwin list, since not many people in
mplayer-users even use Windows.

You could also probably have found an answer if you had searched the
archives, as many "I can't play this DVD" questions have been asked in
the past, and answers as to narrowing-down these problems have been
posted repeatedly.

Even with that, I have no idea if you'll get an answer.  From the
output, it just looks like maybe there's just no video on title 3, and
you haven't given any reason to assume otherwise.
