There's no such thing as good PAL to NTSC conversion. The closest you
can get to good involves state-of-the-art image reconstruction
algorithms and motion-compensating deinterlacing, real motion
estimation and warp-based temporal resampling, etc. i.e. stuff that
makes it take several weeks to convert an hour of PAL video to NTSC.
