[Libav-user] How to make .dll's of FFmpeg for conversion of *.avi to *.wmv & use this dll's in Silverlight Web Application(C#) using VS2010Express

You cannot compile FFmpeg with Visual Studio. Download the DLLs from
http://win32.libav.org. You can find C# wrapper at
http://www.ffmpeg-csharp.com/.
