[Libav-user] How to make .dll's of FFmpeg for conversion of *.avi to *.wmv & use this dll's in Silverlight Web Application(C#) using VS2010Express

Hello All,

I am trying to make a *.dll of FFmpeg for the conversion of  *.avi to *.wmv.
But faced the problem that how to build it and pass the arguments.
Does anyone tried how to make *.dll's with the specified parameters.
If the *.dll's are successfully created then it should be able to run in
Silverlight Web App (using C#, VS2010Express).
Is it possible to add the FFmpeg dll's in Silverlight Application.
I am using Silverlight 5.0 beta version.
