Hi Tamas,
There are a typically a number of ways to make this happen
Adobe Premiere includes transcriptions with the subscription, but Hungarian isn't one of the included languages.
YouTube seems limited as well.
AWS does offer Hungarian language transcriptions <https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/aws/new-languages-for-amazon-translate-greek-hungarian-romanian-thai-ukrainian-urdu-and-vietnamese/> as well as translations <https://aws.amazon.com/translate/faqs/>, the prices are excellent, but it's a developer's environment.
That means you get back transcriptions timed to the word -- very precise, with translation + alternates -- very granular -- but in a json format that you would then have to convert to .srt
