Which part? The long list of (demuxers, muxers, codecs, ...) filters it
dumps?

You should check config.log for the libvmaf checks it is doing.

Not recently. The required version of libvmaf was bumped to 1.3.9 back
in August 2018, first released version with this requirement was 4.1.
