[FFmpeg-user] No such filter: 'libvmaf'

If you are using vmaf 1.5.1, it requires to put "model" directory into "/usr/local/share". Since I am using macOS, libvmaf points "/usr/local/share" to put "model" directory, I don't know where should be in Ubuntu. "model" directory can be found in vmaf 1.5.1 directory.
