[FFmpeg-user] Can I convert from .ram to .mp4?

I don’t know what the guy in the video said, but I think that would only make sense if you had a folder owned by you (regular user, not root or admin or whatever it is in windows) and a static ffmpeg.exe in the folder. If you have it in a folder in your path env var, then most likely you only want executable binaries there, not media files.
This is just my personal opinion, but more often than not, people on this list include contributors to the FFmpeg project, (basically authors of the program) and are more knowledgeable and experienced than a random YouTuber you might find.
