[FFmpeg-user] Failed to configure ffmpeg

Yeah, I managed to compile a 32-bit version for Windows using MSYS2 that
works. I'm not even sure if you can compile a 64-bit version since it seems
some of the dll files are 32-bit only (as far as I know).
