[FFmpeg-user] Motion vector value or motion vector table in previous and next frame

Hello,
We can use MpegEncContext * s->p_mv_table to access to Motion vectors value
for
current P frame encodind. I want to know how can I do to have the same
values or tables for previous and next P frame during encoding.
Please, I need your help, please.
