At the end
/tmp/ffconf.QPyKsvYV/test.c:1:23: error: lame/lame.h: No such file or directory
you probably need to set CPATH to your include dir and LIBRARY_PATH
to your lib dir

If the latest version fails, report the problem to the ffmpeg-user at ffmpeg.org mailing list or IRC #ffmpeg on irc.freenode.net. Include the log file "ffbuild/config.log" produced by configure as this will help solve the problem.
