[FFmpeg-user] SEGMENT_TYPE_FMP4 with HLS_SINGLE_FILE

It's easier to use the distro package.
Is there a release plan or estimate for 3.4?

I'm using docker so I can build it but couldn't find an "official" image or
clean build instructions.
