[FFmpeg-user] Bad Output when using skip_frame option

Sorry for sending it too quick.
Another thing to mention is that when I use VLC :
vlc --avcodec-skip-frame 1 t1.flv
the video looks normal.
But I dont have enough knowledge to tell the difference.
