The following command:

played successfully for about 30 minutes and then those messages reappeared:

Could this message shed some light on the issue:
[mpegts @ 0x1c857e0] Using AVStream.codec.time_base as a timebase hint to
the muxer is deprecated. Set AVStream.time_base instead.
    Last message repeated 1 times
