Please post both your command line and the complete, uncut 
console output here on the mailing list. If the problem 
is reproducible without using external libraries (libx264, 
libfdk-aac), don't use them: -vcodec mpeg4 -strict -2 -acodec 
aac

Consider providing the sample.
