[FFmpeg-user] convert aac latm to aac raw

Hi,

I'm trying to convert aac latm to aac raw so that i can copy the audio to a
usable format without converting. From reading it seems that there might be
a -bsf filter that may be able to handle this for me but i cannot find
anything that may work. Is there a good way to do this in one command so i
can encode a .ts in one command?
