Interesting.
May I ask which application, which container (avi, mov, mkv, ...) and
which version of ffv1 (1 or 3) you are using?

I'm asking, because we're using FFV1 for editing (over the network even)
on a daily basis and it works super smooth. I do have noticed however,
that the speed of seeking varies greatly from application to application.
