I have this running on an old version 33000, but on a newer build i get 1000 fps+
my command line for the old one is
-i "http://http-live.sr.se/p1-mp3-192' -metadata service_name="SVT P1" -f lavfi -i color=black:qcif:25 -vcodec libx264 -preset faster -x264opts keyint=75:bitrate=100 -bufsize 1M -r 25 -acodec libfaac -ab 128k -ar 32k -ac 2 -f mpegts "udp://225.170.150.32:1234?pkt_size=1316;buffer_size=1048576"
This works, but running this on a new ffmpeg i get fps over 1000 for the above, now i changed this to
So i change a test one to
ffmpeg -i "http://bbcmedia.ic.llnwd.net/stream/bbcmedia_intl_lc_radio1_p?s=1361437907&e=1361452307&h=69ffe22fd4569876fc2ecba42df034d9" -metadata service_name="BBC Radio 1" -f lavfi -i color=r=25 -vcodec libx264 -preset faster -x264opts keyint=75:bitrate=100 -bufsize 1M -r 25 -acodec libfaac -ab 128k -ar 32k -ac 2 -f mpegts "udp://225.170.200.32:1234?pkt_size=1316;buffer_size=1048576"
and the output is
