I don't get what you are asking. Is the output worse than before or
something else? The fps value means the conversion speed in fps, not the
framerate of output video. A higher fps means that the conversion speed is
higher.

One thing to note is that the bit rate for video is 100 bits per second,
which is extremely low. Do you mean 100k?
