[FFmpeg-user] ntsc-dvd doesn't default to interlaced.

Sorry, I should have indicated stuff for Region 1. The discussion has been
about 480i, so I didn't mention it.

Guessing may indeed be the incorrect word to use. The point is why do it
twice. Skip the middle step.
