[FFmpeg-user] Can ffmpeg transcode from mp4(h264/aac) to tsparallel

Yes,i use these following options.
 -vcodec libx264 -acodec aa -f:v setpts=10+PTS  -f:a setpts=10+PTS

And seems that makes no difference.

Any suggestions?
