[FFmpeg-user] Can ffmpeg transcode from mp4(h264/aac) to tsparallel

Hi Carl Eugen Hoyos

      If not use copy, use the codec which input other (e.g. libx264
or mpeg), The filters cannot work. too.
      My problem maybe same with Tony :(
