one old frame must fit exactly one new frame

This kind of procedure seems to be working, 24fps to 25fps example:

a. ffmpeg -i 24.mov -r 25 -vsync drop -vcodec prores -profile 3 -an 25.mov
b. extract audio from 24.mov to 24.wav
c. sox 24.wav 25.wav speed 1.041666666666 (or tempo maybe)
