[FFmpeg-user] obtaining an image from a video stream

 -vsync 2 : prevents ffmpeg to generate more than one copy for each key
frame.

I'm using : *select="eq(pict_type\,PICT_TYPE_I)" * in order to passing only
"reference picture" (key frame) to the output. Do you think that this filter
is the problem?
