[FFmpeg-user] Streaming MP4

I was wondering if anybody has managed to get ffmpeg to stream out MP4 video/audio.

I have a working system using mpeg-ts and h264/aac and i now need to dual send some channels in MP4 as well, but when i change the output format to mp4 i get

"could not write header for output file #0"

Anybody have any ideas to why this does not work or a way of getting it to work.
