I'm not sure how that would bode since rfc822 headers could be quite
various depending on the protocols, right now we do not care about speed
when we read/store/overwrite so the method is fine. AVOption seems fast
but lacking in flexibility. That's why even if overkill I preferred a
dict as struct to store/manage them.
