I've been trying to debug why the audio wasn't working...and wrote a simple
demuxer only for the audio with a lot of info messages. The output on a
sample file is as follows:

Surprisingly, the audio and video offsets displayed seem to be unusual
according to the specs in the wiki. The audio offsets and the video offsets
seem to be opposite to what is mentioned in the wiki. Can anyone please
confirm if the specs in the wiki are 100% right?
