what's your plan on fixing it? its simple devops anyone can set up. I believe you have root access, so come with a plan i guess and submit here?

The host is not the problem. 
Besides, email is not necessarily supposed to be instant. Read the RFCs i think thats what they call them and it will tell you a email doesnt have to be instant.

I gave you suggestion to try different provider. Try that maybe? How about you see if the problem is you because it works for me instant on the four email providers ive been on. And you seem to be only one complaining. Mahol uses gmail and i think his emails come in fine. So maybe your email is in spam database or something.

Doesn't videolan use gitlab anyway?
