Yes i know ffmpeg is not capable of encoding to APC format.
That’s why i ask if it can be Added in the development of ffmpeg.

Hi,

FFmpeg only has the ability to demux the CRYO APC format and decode the
ADPCM IMA CRYO APC
codec, so I don't think there is any way you can encode with that codec
/ mux to that format.

Note that I don't think this mailing list is the place to ask this
question,
as it is intended for development and patches discussions, not for user
questions, afaik.
