How many are not tagged "ffmpeg" but are tagged as one of the libraries
and the bug in question was found by the user running ffmpeg? Now compare
that with users finding the bugs in their everyday usage of ffplay, ffprobe,
or ffserver.

Seeing we're close to six thousand bugs, it's safe to assume that number
for ffmpeg will be in the thousands, with ffprobe, ffplay and ffserver
very faw away with maybe two digit numbers.
