[FFmpeg-devel] Can we drop OpenJPEG 1.5 in favor of 2.x?

Number suffixes on library packages on Debian (and subsequently Ubuntu)
indicate the soversion of the library. For example, KDE4 has soversion
5, so its package is kdelibs5.

Not obvious or helpful to anywone really, IMO.
