But ISO Base Media (14496-12) does.

Encapsulation of DTS in ISO Base Media is defined and the specification is
opened.

Encapsulation of TrueHD in ISO Base Media is defined and the specification
is closed.

PS:
MP4 and M4V are different things.
M4V is Apple-ish MP4 container format which doesn't require Object
Descriptor and BIFS for presentation.
