some ffmtech directors have told me that my proposal was bad. its
not up to directors to decide on proposals individually, they must
submit it to board for full vote.
as how ffmtech is structured, i think the best way to pay for projects
is to only send money when a project is complete. similar to google SoC.
lowest bidder also sounds like a good idea. no-bid contracts suck!
also, transparency in the foundation (lists, votes, payments,
proposals, comments, etc) is the only way to go. secrecy leads to our
current situation.
