[FFmpeg-devel] [RFC] libavfilter audio framework - split patches

I am sending out the working lavfi audio patches in the order Stefano 
requested for easy committing.

These two patches are to be applied on top of existing libavfilter soc 
code. They have nothing to do with audio framework. This has:

1. Moving of the AV_PERM definitions outside the AVFilterPicRef struct 
so it can be shared with AVFilterSamplesRef
2. Refactoring the main merge_formats loop as a macro so it can be 
called for audio formats as well.
