timestamp interpolation for h.264 in mpeg-ps/ts as described in H.222/264
is not supported. This is not related to what you do with the video,
that is decode or transcode or whatever nor with AVCHD it can affect any
H.264 in mpeg file.

The fix is to read H.222/264, fix the timestamp interpolation around the
h264 AVParser and send us a patch.
